Marta Wakula-Mac – Dublin Bay I

Description

Marta Wakula-Mac was born in Nisko, Poland. She graduated from the Institute of Art, Pedagogical University in Krakow in 2003 with a Masters Degree in the field of Fine Art Education. She also received a diploma working in linocut technique with Prof. Jerzy Jedrysiak. She joined Graphic Studio Dublin in 2004 where she worked and developed linocut and etching techniques. She is an author of over 40 illustrations to a book by Susan Knight “Gommorah” publishedin Dublin in 2007. Her work is included in the collections of the National Gallery of Ireland, Dublin, Muzeum Archidiecezjalne in Poznan, Poland; Civic Museum of Cremona, Italy, AIB Bank, TASCQ Dublin and numerous private collections. Wakula-Mac currently resides in Poland.
